Update regarding COVID-19

We are prioritizing the well-being of our team members by working to promote social distancing through alternating schedules. Our team is still available to assist taxpayers by phone at 614-645-7370 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Monday - Friday. However, wait times may be longer than normal due to staff availability.

As a reminder, our walk-in taxpayer service is suspended. Taxpayers can still drop off tax information to have their return prepared by our team at our 77 N. Front Street office.

We anticipate that as the upcoming weeks evolve, we will have further updates on impacts to our operations, filing deadlines, and payment processing. We will continue to share information via this email distribution and post all updates to the COVID-19 Impacts section of our website as they are made.
