Update Regarding Original Signatures and Labor Market Attachment

The emergency relief from original signature requirements on listed documents is being extended until further notice due to the recent increase in COVID-19 infections.

Additionally, the labor market attachment (LMA) guidance has been updated to clarify that the standard of review for demonstrating LMA after August 16, 2021 accommodates current restrictions in mobility associated with the recent increase in COVID-19 infections in the state and does not require injured workers to leave home to apply for work in-person.
