Things are happening in Wappinger!
Town Supervisor Joseph D. Cavaccini and the Wappinger Town Board are excited to provide an update on progress that is taking place across our parks and roadways!
At the beginning of the year the Town Board authorized funding to complete the nearly 2 decade old Challenger Field project at Robinson Lane Baseball Complex which construction is now underway!
The installation of new playground equipment at
Spook Hill Park with site work happening now!
A new mower to maintain the infields at
Robinson Lane Baseball Complex to ensure that
this facility remains the premier location in our region!
 Additional Park Improvements:
- Running water for the first time in 30 years to Airport Park Soccer Complex.
- Paving of Soccerfield Drive at Rockingham Park Soccer Complex.
Our Superintendent of Highways Michael J. Sheehan is proud to report that the Town is moving full steam ahead on the reconstruction and paving of 10 roads throughout the Town, all around 20 years old!
