DEC Invites Public Comment About Amended Cleanup Proposal for State Superfund Site on Main St., East Aurora; Public Meeting Scheduled

This link opens a fact sheet that invites public comment about an amended cleanup proposal to address contamination related to the Mr.C’s Dry Cleaners site #915157 (East Aurora, Erie County) within New York’s State Superfund Program:

DEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through June 21, 2026.

DEC has also scheduled a public meeting on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 6:00 PM Aurora Municipal Building, 575 Oakwood Ave, East Aurora, 14052 to discuss the proposed cleanup and accept public comments. Please see fact sheet for details about the proposal, meeting, and comment period.
