DEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through December 5, 2025.
DEC has also scheduled a public meeting on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Town of New Windsor Community Center, 555 Union Ave, New Windsor, NY 12553 to discuss the proposal and accept public comments. Please see fact sheet for details about the proposal, meeting, and comment period.
