Join RIT for It's Upcoming NY Sustainable Brewery Summit

Rochester Institute of Technology's New York State Pollution Prevention Institute (NYSP2I) is hosting the NY Sustainable Brewery Summit on May 4 and May 11, from 1 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. (EDT). The two-part virtual event will discuss sustainability and pollution prevention best practices, focusing on three key areas:

  • The need for sustainability in brewing
  • Real-world solutions for energy, water, and chemical use reduction
  • Communicating sustainability with your supply chain and the public

The summit will help participants gain a better understanding of the challenges impacting the craft and microbrewery community and offer guidance to help measurably reduce environmental impacts in their operations and enhance sustainability across the industry. The summit is ideal for brewers, brewery employees, sustainability resources supporting the craft brewery industry, and craft beverage enthusiasts.
