NYSDEC Invites Public Comment About Cleanup Proposal for State Superfund Site on Ballard Road, Middletown; Public Meeting Scheduled

NYSDEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through March 27, 2020.

NYSDEC also has scheduled a public meeting on March 12, 2020 at 7:00 PM at Wallkill Town Hall, Building A, 99 Tower Drive, Middletown, NY 10941 to discuss the proposed remedy and accept public comments. Please see fact sheet for details about the proposed remedy, meeting, and comment period.
