NYSDEC Invites Public to Comment About Proposal for No Further Action at State Superfund Site on Neptune Ave., Brooklyn; Public Meeting Scheduled

NYSDEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through March 27, 2020.

NYSDEC also has scheduled a public meeting on March 16, 2020 at 7:00 PM at Temple Beth Abraham, 301 Sea Breeze Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11224 to discuss the proposed remedy and accept public comments. Please see fact sheet for details.
