Proposed Part 494, Hydrofluorocarbon Standards and ReportingThe purpose of this proposed rule is to adopt prohibitions previously included in the US Environmental Protection Agency's Significant New Alternatives program to prohibit hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) substances in certain end-uses. The proposed rules also include related administrative and record-keeping requirements for manufacturers. Part 40 - Marine Fish - Cooperative Multi-State Possession and Landing ProgramThis rulemaking establishes a Cooperative Multi-State Possession and Landing Program that will allow eligible commercial fishermen to: (1) possess weekly limits for quota-managed species for multiple cooperating states (NY, CT, RI) onboard the vessel simultaneously while fishing, transiting or landing, and (2) in one trip, land their weekly limits with the cooperating states.
