NYSDEC Invites Public Comment About Amended Cleanup Proposal for State Superfund Site on Henry and South Jay Streets, Rome; Public Meeting Scheduled

NYSDEC is accepting public comments about the proposed amendment through May 30, 2019.

NYSDEC also has scheduled a public meeting on May 15, 2019 at 6:30 PM at the South Rome Senior Center, 112 Ridge Street, Rome, NY 13440 to discuss the proposed remedy and accept public comments. Please see fact sheet for details about the proposed remedy, meeting, and comment period.
