NYSDEC Extends Public Comment Period 30 Days to April 29, 2019 for the Proposed Remedy to Address Contamination Related to the Katzman Recycling Superfund Site, Granville, |
The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) issued a Proposed Plan for the site on February 26, 2019. A public notice which discussed the issuance of the Proposed Plan was provided to those subscribed to the Site mailing list and the DEC listserv for Washington County. Based on a request from the public, the comment period has been extended 30 days to April 29, 2019. The Proposed Plan, Remedial Investigation, and Feasibility Study are available at the following locations.
