NYSDEC Invites Public to Comment About Proposal for No Further Action at State Superfund Site on Clinton Street, Hempstead; Public Meeting Scheduled

NYSDEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through March 29, 2019.

In addition, NYSDEC has scheduled a public meeting on March 19, 2019 at 7:00 PM at Hempstead Public Library, 115 Nichols Court, Hempstead, NY 11550 to discuss the proposed remedy and accept public comments. Please see fact sheet for details.
