NYSDEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through February 17, 2019.

NYSDEC also has scheduled a public meeting on February 7, 2019 at 7:00 PM at Cooper Park Community Center, 76 Kingsland Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11211 to discuss the proposed remedy and accept public comments. Please see fact sheet for details about the proposed remedy, meeting, and comment period.
