Public Comment Invited About Changes to the Remedy Selected to Address Contamination at Brownfield Site on New Lots Avenue, Brooklyn

DEC has issued an Explanation of Significant Difference (ESD) that describes changes in the cleanup remedy for the Ebenezer Plaza 1 Site # C224240 (New Lots Ave., Brooklyn). You can access the ESD at the following link:
