Public Comment Invited About Proposal to Delist State Superfund Site on Route 9, Wappingers Falls From State's Registry of Contaminated Sites

The following link opens a public notice about a proposal to delist the Greer Toyota Site #314088 (Wappingers Falls, Dutchess County) from New York's Registry of Inactive Hazardous Waste Disposal Sites:

NYSDEC is proposing to delist this State Superfund Program site because it has determined that the site no longer presents a threat to public health or the environment. The public notice explains why this determination was made.

NYSDEC will receive public comments about the proposal through March 18, 2018. See the public notice for details.
