DEC Extends Comment Period About Brownfield Cleanup Program Application for 45 Mohawk Ave. Site, Glenville

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) has extended the public comment period on the Brownfield Cleanup Program application submitted by Prime Mohawk LLC for 45 Mohawk Avenue (Site ID C447050). The site is located at 45 Mohawk Avenue and Maritime Drive in the Hamlet of Alplaus and the Town of Glenville, Schenectady County. The public comment period, which was originally set to expire September 15, 2017, has been extended until October 20, 2017.

A copy of the application and other relevant documents are available at the document repository located at Schenectady County Public Library, 99 Clinton Street, Schenectady, NY 12305. All comments must be submitted by October 20, 2017.
