Cleanup Remedy and No Further Action Proposed for Portions of Captain's Cove Condominiums Site in Glen Cove; Public Comment Invited; Public Meeting Set

The proposal consists of proposed cleanup action at portions of the site, and no further action at another portion of the site.

NYSDEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through April 15, 2016. In addition, NYSDEC has scheduled a public meeting on March 23, 2016 at 7:00PM at the Glen Cove City Hall, 9 Glen Street, Glen Cove, NY to discuss the proposed remedy and accept public comments.
