Great news! Existing Empire Pass-holders can renew and reuse their current pass for a single or multi-season pass and enjoy a discount. This offer is ONLY available online, passes cannot be renewed at park facilities.

To get started, visit Renew My Pass.  Enter the existing Empire Pass number located at the bottom left of the card and your email address and follow instructions for renewals and payment. Cards become activated 24-48 hours after purchase.

QUESTIONS? 

I do not have my card, nor do I have a digital copy saved in the NY State Parks Explorer App; can I still get the discount? If you don’t have an Empire Pass card nor a digital version in the Parks Explorer App to reuse, you will need to purchase a new one at full price so be sure and keep your card in the future. Visit Parks Store to order.

I only have a digital copy of the pass in the NY State Parks Explorer app; can I still take advantage of the discount? Yes, the digital copy can be used to renew. Please note that you will not be mailed a new physical card; if you require a physical card there would be a $17.00 replacement fee.
