Free two-hour parking 9AM to 9PM
To promote and support New Rochelle small businesses, there will be free 2 hour parking Citywide from 9AM to 9PM at on-street metered parking and in the following municipal lots and garages: City Hall, Lawn Avenue, Library South, North Avenue @ the I-95 Thruway, Prospect Street, Union Avenue, New Roc Garage, New Rochelle Transit Center and Skyline Garage.
Normal parking regulations will resume on Sunday, November 26, 2023. Permit-only lots including the Davenport Parking Lot and the Sickles Avenue Parking Lot are excluded.
