The City of New Rochelle has partnered with developers, management companies, and nonprofits to provide affordable rental housing, and homeownership assistance programs for an Open House on Saturday, September 9 from 12-3PM at New Rochelle City Hall. Come learn about the range of affordable housing opportunities, get assistance with the application and lottery process, and learn more about what is available to the entire community. Food will be available to attendees.
 The New Rochelle Street Fair draws thousands to the central area of New Rochelle. Join us this Sunday as we celebrate the 10th anniversary! Sponsored by the New Rochelle IDA, 200 local vendors will line both sides of North Avenue between Winthrop and Fifth Avenues, with an expanded area on Hamilton Avenue to Beaufort Place. Enjoy live performances, giant inflatables, a Beer Garden and much more- including our Mobile City Hall!
TRAFFIC ADVISORY: North Ave. will be closed to traffic between Lincoln Avenue and Fifth Avenue from 7AM to 7PM. Free parking for fairgoers is available in the City Hall rear lot; or park downtown and use the CircuitNR electric shuttle.
