Westchester Power
As a community member, New Rochelle residents and small businesses can choose between two energy supply options: Standard and 100% Renewable. The 100% Renewable supply is represented through NYS Hydro Power. The Standard Supply option is a combination of fossil fuel, nuclear and lesser amounts of various renewable sources. These rate options are fixed, meaning that unlike the utility rate, the Westchester Power rates will never fluctuate month-to-month so you know what to expect each billing cycle.
