New Rochelle launches first-time homebuyer down payment assistance program
First-time home buyers in New Rochelle are about to get a helping hand thanks to a new down payment assistance program recently approved by the City Council.

City of New Rochelle launches ARPA website
To increase public awareness of and engagement in the process through which the City of New Rochelle will utilize American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding, the City has created a dedicated website www.newrochellearpa.org.
Town Hall for New Rochelle businesses, non-profits & tax-exempt organizations

Reminder: taxes due
Our Finance Department has put an after-hours tax collection lockbox outside of City Hall for those residents who can't come down during daytime hours. It's located at the rear entrance of the building and is under 24-hour surveillance. No cash is accepted.
Tax payments can also be made online by clicking on the View\Pay Tax Bills Online link. This secure application accepts all major credit cards and allows for payment from your checking account (e-check). Payment by e-check is free!

Despite the gloomy weather, hundreds of kids participated in Extravaganza, New Rochelle's annual egg hunt at three different parks on Saturday, April 9.
