TAP

Strategic and tactical advice available to New Rochelle businesses

As part of New Rochelle’s efforts to engage with the business community and to help businesses take full advantage of the ongoing redevelopment as well as the opening of the economy after COVID, we are partnering again with TAP.

The Acceleration Project (TAP) will be providing strategic and tactical advice to six New Rochelle businesses to improve their overall performance and help propel their businesses forward. Participating business owners will meet virtually, 6 times with a team of 2 consultants within a period of 6-10 weeks, or 2 times within a period of 3 weeks, depending on the scope of their needs. Each team will work to address the business’ immediate needs and will create an Action Plan to guide their decision-making over the next 3-6 months.

The application is simple, and there will be no cost for the businesses. Program is funded by the City of New Rochelle Corporation for Local Development.

Considerations in the selection process will include having representation of all segments of the business community in New Rochelle, including minority, women, veteran and disabled owned businesses, as well as new and established businesses in the community.

To be considered please click on this link. Businesses that are pre-screened will be contacted by TAP for a scoping call.  Application deadline: July 30, 2021
