Circuit NR electric shuttle expands service area
New Rochelle's free shuttle expands north, south, east and west and doubles the number of vehicles in service. To date, over 60,000 vehicle miles have been saved through this green initiative.

Residents - both renters and homeowners - and eligible organizations and businesses can lower energy costs, earn cash back, reduce their carbon footprint, and reduce our community’s reliance on fossil fuel-based energy through a partnership with Sustainable Westchester.

Arbor Day tree planting
City officials and members of the Ward Acres Conservancy were joined by first grade students from Ward Acres Elementary School for a tree planting on Friday, April 30.

GridRewards program: thank you!
Thank you to everyone who signed up for GridRewards! Because of your efforts, the City is now eligible for a $15K grant for energy programs. If you missed the April 30 deadline, it can still pay to sign up.
