The 2021 Information Booklet contains an easy-to-read flyer on recyclables along with important contact information for each bureau, guidelines on spring yard waste and  fall leaf collection, stormwater management, sewer backups and more. Individual collection schedules for North and South End neighborhoods are also available online.

Winter Parking Regulations Suspended Graphic

Alternate Side Parking Enforcement Suspended for Winter Months

Alternate side parking regulations will be suspended due to street operations during the winter months from January 1 to March 31, 2021

Reminder: Parking regulations exist throughout the City for other reasons than just street sweeping. Please carefully review the posted parking restrictions against the list as non-street sweeping related parking regulations will be enforced.

Beware of Vaccine Scams!

As we enter the next phase of the pandemic, the Westchester County Department of Consumer Protection warns residents to be vigilant for vaccine scams coming by phone, text or email. There are currently no sign-up lists and you can't pay to get your vaccine earlier. When available, the vaccine is expected to be free.

Paper Bag Fee Goes Into Effect January 1

As part of the NY Bag Waste Reduction Law, paper carry-out bags will be subject to a $.05 fee beginning January 1. The fee will be collected by stores in New Rochelle required to collect New York State sales tax.
