Want to help your students demystify financial aid? HESC can help! We have a range of presentations and workshops to help students get up to speed on the available aid options and help them complete their financial aid applications.

FAFSA & TAP Application Completion Workshops

Students who have questions or need help completing their FAFSA & TAP applications can get one-on-one assistance from a financial aid expert during our FAFSA & TAP Completion events. This month’s event is on March 29^th from 4pm-7pm. Registration is required.

If your school would like HESC to host a FAFSA & TAP completion event for your school, please request a workshop at precollegeservices@hesc.ny.gov 

Virtual Drop-In Lounge sessions held every Monday and Wednesday from 3-6pm

Encourage your seniors to attend our Drop-in Lounge sessions. They're a great resource for seniors who have questions about college financial aid, the FAFSA and TAP. HESC staff can provide invaluable help and advice on how to apply, what kinds of aid are available, and how to get started on the application process.
