Poughkeepsie…The Dutchess County Department of Public Works (DPW) has announced the Dutchess Rail Trail parking lot at Diddell Road in the Town of Wappinger will be closed on Thursday morning, July 11th for paint striping, weather permitting. The parking lot is expected to be re-opened for public use in the afternoon.
