FY27 Discretionary Awards are in!

The new Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27) award designations have now been announced!

Check Schedule C to view your organization's award and check here to make sure you have completed any outstanding Procedural Requirements.

Requirements include creating a PASSPort account, submitting a Prequalification Application, and completing the digital Capacity Building Training.

Before creating a PASSPort account, we recommend that vendors first create a Payee Information Portal (PIP) account. PIP accounts allow vendors/providers to add bank account information for direct deposit.

FY27 Advances on the Vendor Reporting Tool

HHS vendors can view the status of their Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27) advances using the PASSPort Vendor Reporting tool.

The tool shows real-time reporting for invoicing, budgeting. For providers, it also shows advances and recoupments, mirroring the reports previously available in HHS Accelerator.

Providers and agencies see the same up-to-date data, with filtering, dashboards, exports, and interactive pivot tables for streamlined reporting and analysis. Learn more here!

MOCS Spotlight: Summer Interns!

MOCS is excited to welcome our 2026 Internship cohort! We're thrilled to bring together so many talented students and recent graduates representing a diverse range of schools, academic backgrounds and career interests.

In the coming months, our interns will contribute their unique thinking and experiences to Agency teams, providing valuable input on projects while gaining hands-on experience.

From communications and finance to technology and change management, we are excited to have them as part of the MOCS team and look forward to seeing the impact they make during the summer!

NYC Online Database for Certified Payroll – July 2026

This is a reminder that contractors and subcontractors are required to submit electronic certified payroll reports for public work contracts. The City created the NYC Certified Payroll Portal to help you manage certified payroll reports.

All certified payroll reports for City contracts bid for on or after December 31, 2025, are required to be submitted electronically through the Portal. For more information, please check out the NYC Comptroller’s Website.

For first-time access, prime contractors will receive an email notification once the agency activates their prevailing wage contract in the portal. Prime contractors will then log in here. Once set up, prime contractors can then designate their subcontractors on the project so that they in turn can be notified for account set up.

Any contractors experiencing issues accessing the portal should email eComply Solutions for assistance.

What is the PASSPort Digest?
The PASSPort Digest keeps PASSPort users informed about known PASSPort system issues, providing a running list of ongoing and resolved issues so that users can see what MOCS is working on and what’s been fixed. It also highlights new resources to support PASSPort users.

Where can I find it?
Log in to PASSPort and look for the PASSPort Digest in the Announcements section on your homepage.

How often is it updated?
The PASSPort Digest information is updated once a month. The next update is scheduled for September 2nd.
