MAY 2026 | MAYOR'S OFFICE OF CONTRACT SERVICES |
|
Message from MOCS Director, Kim Yu
Dear Valued Partners,
As May comes to a close, New York City enters one of its most exciting and hopeful seasons. Across the five boroughs, families are celebrating graduations, preparing for summer vacations, and embracing new career opportunities. Whether you are launching a business or know someone starting an internship, the spirit of our city is ever-evolving.
The close of May also marks the final month of Fiscal Year 2026, a time when we reflect on the progress we have made together and prepare for important work ahead. Likewise, May is Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month. MOCS celebrates the contributions of AAPI communities– whose cultures, leadership, and public service enrich New York City in innovative ways.
As always, MOCS and I thank you for your partnership, feedback, and dedication to public service. We are grateful for the work we accomplish together and look forward to building a stronger, more equitable city alongside you.
Sincerely, Kim L. Yu Director and City Chief Procurement Officer

Use Vendor Reports for Fiscal Year-End Reporting
As the June 30 fiscal year end approaches, now is a great time to use Vendor Reports in PASSPort to support your organization’s reporting needs. Vendor Reports can help you review activity throughout the year and download charts and data that may be useful for internal reporting, presentations, and recordkeeping.
To access Vendor Reports, go to: PASSPort > Vendor Reporting.
Have you used Vendor Reports before? If so, please take a few minutes to complete our Vendor Reports Survey by Monday, June 15, 2026.
Your feedback helps us improve the reports and better support vendors in the future.

 Is Your PASSPort Account Current?
To help keep contracts and payments moving smoothly, make sure your PASSPort profile is current. This includes updating contact information, organizational documents, disclosures, and any required compliance materials.
Keeping your information up to date can help prevent delays during the contracting process. Visit our Resources Library and our Check out the FAQs for help navigating PASSPort or identifying outstanding items.
