URGENT: Vaccine Appointments Available

If you have already received your first COVID- 19 vaccination, please disregard this email. 

 We have spots available this week for eligible residents in our pre-registration pool. You must be 70+ or a frontline/healthcare employee. Due to updated SNHD guidance, we will not be able to vaccinate spouses or caretakers under 70 at this time. Please bring ID to verify you are an eligible member of the current tier or you will not be administered the vaccine.

You will be scheduled for your second dose on-site during this appointment, 21 days after your first shot. All vaccines for these days will be administered at:
