More than 200 Realtors will experience the new North Las Vegas during a citywide tour of residential and commercial sites
North Las Vegas, Nevada — Experience the new North Las Vegas! More than 200 local Realtors will learn about upcoming business opportunities in North Las Vegas during an economic development session led by Mayor John Lee and a motor coach tour of key residential and commercial development sites in the city.
The event, hosted by Train N Tour and the City of North Las Vegas, will take place from 8:15 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7. Limited space for members of the media is available.
The day will begin with a keynote speech by Mayor John Lee and a presentation by City Economic Development Director Gina Gavan. Then the Realtors will board luxury motor coaches that will take them to key commercial sites and residential developments throughout North Las Vegas.
Schedule of events
8:15-9:15 a.m.: Registration at North Las Vegas City Hall, 2250 Las Vegas Blvd. North, North Las Vegas. Meet new home builders and interface with city economic development officials. Coffee and treats will be provided.
9:15-10 a.m.: Keynote speech by Mayor John Lee and presentation by City of North Las Vegas Economic Development Director Gina Gavan.
10:15 a.m.: Board luxury motor coaches for a tour of new builder communities and key commercial development sites in North Las Vegas. Lunch will be provided.
2:30-3:00 p.m.: Return to City Hall.
Participating builders include Beazer Homes, D R Horton, Pardee Homes, Woodside Homes, Pulte Homes, Shea Homes and Touchstone Living.
The event is sponsored by Finance of America, the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtor and the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association.
