This position operates, maintains, repairs, constructs, and installs mechanical, electrical and electronic components of traffic signal systems, school flasher systems, intelligent transportation systems, roadway lighting systems, area lighting systems, sports lighting systems, computerized communication cables, and associated equipment; develops and evaluates special circuits and sequences to enhance and modify signal operations; assists in traffic pattern development to facilitate traffic progress.
