City Of Las Vegas Hosts Hispanic Heritage Month Events
Fiestas, Festivals, Concerts, Activities, Exhibitions & More Scheduled Through Dec. 5
The city of Las Vegas invites the community to celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month with a variety of events through Dec. 5, 2026. All activities are subject to change. The most up-to-date information can be found on the city website. Parents can subscribe here to receive a monthly email, or text LV PARENTS to 468-311, about upcoming events and activities for their kids. A Spanish newsletter is also available here. City centers will be closed Sept. 7, Oct. 30, Nov. 11 and Nov. 26-27 for holiday observance.

Las Vegas City Hall Chamber Gallery, 495 S. Main St., Second Floor
Somos Magia (We Are Magic) invites the community to explore the power of fantasy, creativity and imagination to shape our sense of belonging and possibility. Curated by Las Vegas artist Haide Calle, this group exhibition features artists whose work reflects the magic we find in storytelling, symbolism and the worlds we create.

El Grito: Mexican Independence Day Celebration

Celebrate Mexico’s Independence Day at El Grito, a vibrant cultural celebration featuring live performances, local vendors, food and drinks. Sponsored by the city of Las Vegas and produced by the Mexican Consulate, the event brings the community together to kick off the festivities honoring Mexico’s independence. HONOR Latino Awards Nominations Open Sept. 15
Proudly Honoring Our Work and Roots
The city of Las Vegas is celebrating the inspiring leaders and trailblazers who are making a difference in our community.
