The Arts District Is Open For Business
The 18b Las Vegas Arts District is open for business during ongoing Charleston Boulevard construction! Access at Casino Center Boulevard has been restored, and motorists can use Oakey Boulevard for businesses south of Charleston and Bonneville Avenue for destinations north of Charleston. Staggered intersection closures continue as construction moves westward along Charleston toward Main Street. Visiting for lunch? Enjoy free on-street parking from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Through the moderated conversation, visitors will learn from the artists how history is reflected in their work and the elders will provide insight into what life was like growing up in Nevada. This program is in conjunction with "Rhythm and Resilience: Black Vegas," currently on display in the Las Vegas Civic Center Gallery until Aug. 20.
This event is free and open to the public. A complimentary two-hour parking validation is available to those who park in the 500 S. Main St. garage.

These farmers markets offer the opportunity to eat fresh and shop local the second and fourth Thursday of the month through October on the outdoor plaza adjacent to the Las Vegas Civic Center, and on the second Thursdays in November and December. There will be many vendors, including local farms, food trucks and artists.

We invite the community to experience the Las Vegas Civic Center and City Hall through guided docent-led tours designed to highlight the art, architecture, history and purpose of these important civic spaces.
Guided tours are offered on the third Wednesday of each month at 1 p.m. Tours are free and open to the public; advance registration is encouraged as space may be limited.
