Science Of Stress Series Relaunches This Month
After a successful first cohort, the Science of Stress series is returning July 28 to provide employees with another opportunity to better understand stress from a psychological, behavioral and physiological perspective. Participants in the first round shared that the series helped them recognize their own stress patterns, better understand how stress shows up in the body and brain, and identify practical tools for resilience, regulation and long-term well-being.
|
The Science of Stress Series explores topics such as what stress is, how the body responds to stress, the role of the brain and nervous system, stress triggers and patterns, resilience, emotional regulation, lifestyle strategies, and the development of a personal stress management plan. The curriculum includes interactive discussions, immersive activities, reflective exercises, and special guest speakers who help bring the science behind stress to life. Participants will also examine how stress is perceived differently by each individual and how our thoughts, experiences, environments and daily habits can influence our stress response. Through guided activities and group discussion, employees will have the opportunity to better understand their own relationship with stress and begin building a personalized toolkit for managing it more effectively.
This series is designed as a closed cohort experience. Employees who are interested will enroll beginning with Session 1. This cohort will continue learning and growing together throughout the full series together as a unique cohort, which allows for deeper discussion, stronger connection and a shared learning experience among participants.
Session 1 begins July 28. Space is limited, so join this cohort today by clicking the button below.
