Las Vegas City Council To Recognize Citizens Of The Month
Residents Are Building Community Throughout The City
The Las Vegas City Council will recognize a group of residents as Citizens of the Month at the May 6, 2026, City Council meeting that will begin following the 8:30 a.m. Redevelopment Agency meeting in Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall, located at 495 S. Main St.
Ward 6 Councilwoman Nancy Brune will recognize the work of multiple residents who are making a difference in the city of Las Vegas. These residents include:
- Ken Kraft, who serves as the Ward 6 Traffic and Parking commissioner;
- Cory Ravize, who hosts meet and greets in her neighborhood;
- Patti Chess, who helps put on pickleball tournaments and volunteers at schools; and
- Kim Bishop, who organizes service projects in the community.
The council meeting will be broadcast live on city of Las Vegas TV, and on the city of Las Vegas TV YouTube channel.
