Helldorado Days Parade
Saturday, May 9, 10 a.m.-noon
Northbound on Fourth Street between Gass & Stewart avenues
Free and open to the public
Bring the family to enjoy the Helldorado Days Parade, an annual event celebrating Las Vegas and its history. Everyone is invited to line the parade route or sit in the grandstand to enjoy the two-hour parade.
Expect to see 10 school marching bands, Zelzah Shriner flivver cars, hundreds of costumed dancers, plenty of equestrian groups, car clubs, motorcycle clubs, school and business floats, the city’s Big Red fire truck and so much more. The grandstand is located at Fourth and Bridger Avenue and seats approximately 100 people. Food trucks behind the grandstand will offer refreshments for sale. Helldorado swag will be given away to parade attendees. Bring a hat, folding chair, sunscreen, plenty of water and come enjoy the parade!

The city of Las Vegas and the First Friday Foundation hold a farmers market every second and fourth Thursday of the month from 4 to 8 p.m. on the outdoor plaza at Las Vegas Civic Center. This area is just south of Las Vegas City Hall.
There will be many vendors, including local farms, food trucks and artists.

Park pavilions are available for groups of up to 200 people and cost $15-$75 per hour, depending on the size of your group. In addition to shade, some of these pavilions offer large tables and barbecue grills.
