Las Vegas City Council To Recognize Former Senator Richard Bryan For His Work With The Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act

Employee Of The Month Also To Be Recognized

 

    The Las Vegas City Council will recognize former Senator Richard Bryan and the March Employee of the Month at the March 18, 2026, City Council meeting that will begin following the 8:30 a.m. Redevelopment Agency meeting in Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall, located at 495 S. Main St.

 

    Ward 4 Councilwoman Francis Allen-Palenske will recognize former Senator Richard Bryan for his instrumental role in championing the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act (SNPLMA), a landmark initiative that continues to shape the future of Southern Nevada.

 

    SNPLMA has provided critical funding for parks, trails, conservation projects and public infrastructure that continues to benefit residents across Las Vegas. The program has preserved natural landscapes while supporting responsible growth and investment in community spaces.

 

    In addition, the City Council will recognize the March 2026 Employee of the Month.

 

    The council meeting will be broadcast live on city of Las Vegas TV, and on the city of Las Vegas TV YouTube channel.
