Registration for SmartLab training offerings through April 2026 is now open, so we are contacting everyone who has completed White Belt Training to invite you to sign up for the next step of your process improvement journey and/or share these upcoming opportunities with your coworkers.
Green Belt Training teaches multiple methods for analyzing processes, identifying root causes of problems, brainstorming solutions, and ensuring that improvements are maintained over time. Anyone who has completed White Belt training may attend, although it is especially recommended for analysts and process owners.
Our Champions Course is intended for leaders to learn how to develop a culture of continuous improvement in their work area. Participants will learn how to enable staff to improve processes and achieve department goals. Anyone who has direct reports and has completed White Belt training may attend, but it is especially recommended for management-level staff. This course is only offered once per quarter and has very limited seats so register soon!
If the dates listed are not convenient for your team, you can email SmartLabAdmin@lasvegasnevada.gov to request an alternative date and time. We are happy to accommodate your schedules.
