City Council To Recognize Maxx Crosby Foundation
Citizen Of The Month Also To Be Recognized
The Las Vegas City Council will recognize the charitable works of the Maxx Crosby Foundation at the Dec. 3, 2025, City Council meeting that will begin at 9 a.m. in Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall, located at 495 S. Main St.
Councilwoman Frances Allen-Palenske will recognize the nonprofit organization founded by Las Vegas Raider Maxx Crosby and his wife Rachel in 2023. The foundation focuses on helping teens overcome substance abuse, as well as youth health and wellness and animal rescue.
In addition, Mayor Pro Tem Brian Knudsen will recognize Dr. James Mah, DDS, as the December 2025 Citizen of the Month. Dr. Mah is the dean of the UNLV School of Dental Medicine. He joined the faculty at UNLV in 2005 and teaches biomechanics, radiology, introduction to research, advanced biomedical sciences, craniofacial growth and development, and practice management within the orthodontic residency program.
The meeting will be broadcast live on city of Las Vegas TV, and on the city of Las Vegas TV YouTube channel.
