City Council To Recognize Businesses For Assistance In The Community
Employee Of The Month Also To Be Recognized
The Las Vegas City Council will recognize a group of local businesses for helping a couple recover from a home fire at the July 16, 2025 City Council meeting that will begin following the 8:30 a.m. Redevelopment Agency meeting in Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall, located at 495 S. Main St.
Ward 3 Councilwoman Olivia Diaz will recognize several local businesses, including N&M Construction, LFP Restoration and Home Depot, for donating labor and materials to help an elderly couple rebuild damaged property following a fire. The businesses came together with assistance from the city of Las Vegas to help rebuild the couple’s fence.
In addition, the City Council will recognize the July 2025 Employee of the Month.
The meeting will be broadcast live on city of Las Vegas TV.
