Work And Lane Restrictions To Run Through Friday, Jan. 17

Lane restrictions will be in place on Bradley Road starting Monday, Dec. 2, 2024, and continuing through Friday, Jan. 17, 2025. Work on Bradley will take place between Turkey Lane and Deer Springs Way and will include pavement reconstruction.

Primary work activities include utility lowering, milling, dense grade paving, raising of utilities and installation of delineation. Work activities will take approximately 10 hours each day. Milling and paving operations are scheduled for Dec 6-30, subject to weather and equipment availability.

Preliminary work was completed consisting of improvements to the sidewalk areas to meet federal requirements for the Americans with Disabilities Act, including the reconstruction of existing curb and gutter.

HOLCIM-SWR, Inc. is the contractor. The city of Las Vegas is managing the project. The estimated cost of the work is $400,000 funded with motor vehicle fuel tax.
