Set to run over the next three weeks, the city of Las Vegas will launch the next phase of its popular “Down for Anything” multi-media campaign that promotes downtown Las Vegas as a great place to visit, live and do business. The new creative adds 16 additional downtown residents and influencers to the campaign and includes new video in Spanish for TV and social media.

Originally unveiled in January 2023 at city of Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn G. Goodman’s State of the City address and funded by a federal grant from The American Rescue Plan as part of the city’s recovery, the campaign’s first phase featured videos and photos of more than 40 downtown Las Vegas influencers, and community and business leaders to showcase the area’s diversity inclusiveness and ethos of opportunity.

“We received such positive feedback from the community and visitors on the Down for Anything campaign, it makes sense to keep it going and to further extend its reach by adding more downtown faces as well as more Spanish assets,” said Mayor Goodman. “The Down for Anything campaign, which highlights the diverse range of downtown residents, leaders and influencers, focuses on the unbelievable energy and excitement of the downtown Las Vegas experience.

“Everyone is invited to visit downtown Las Vegas to enjoy our fabulous restaurants, breweries, galleries, shopping, gaming and entertainment.”

Downtown Las Vegas continues to experience strong investment, and in the last year alone, many new developments have started to take shape, further adding to the area’s vibrancy.

Leading the list of new downtown development is the construction of new luxury apartment homes at Symphony Park, recently announced plans for a museum of modern art at Symphony Park, expansion of the Brewery District, new restaurants, new residential projects and significant reinvestment in the Historic Westside.

Joining the list of downtown influencers featured in the campaign’s newest installment are Rick Harrison of Gold & Silver Pawn Shop; Rohit Joshi of Neonopolis; Sam Cherry of Cherry Development; Taylor Gardner Chaney and her sister, Lindsay, of Dig It! Coffee; André C. Wade of Silver State Equality; Melvin and Michelle Runles of Tap N Ash Social Club; Leticia Mitchell and Sue Kiple of Letty’s de Leticias Cocina; Skip Norfolk of HUDL Brewing Company; Bruce Kalman and Myrhissa Bautista of Soul Belly BBQ; Peter Bastian and David Mozes of Springs Café by Bronze Café; and Chris Lowden of Vic’s.

Developed by Robertson + Partners, the “Down for Anything” campaign includes video, digital and social media, print and billboards. According to Scott Robertson, Managing Partner, Robertson + Partners, the campaign theme is a rallying cry and celebration of the trailblazers, visionaries, entrepreneurs, dreamers, mold breakers, artists, influencers, innovators and opportunists who see untapped potential at every turn. This phase of the campaign is funded through the Redevelopment Agency to support the downtown Las Vegas business community.
