Upcoming Green Belt Training

The Office of Strategic Services is happy to announce the next SmartLab Green Belt training! This training covers over a dozen tools and methods for mapping processes, identifying root causes of problems, brainstorming solutions, and ensuring that improvements are maintained over time. Anyone who has completed White Belt training may attend.

The training will be held over two dates, and you must attend both parts to receive the full training:

Tuesday January 23^rd from 12:30pm - 5:00pm at City Hall
Wednesday January 24^th from 8:00am - 12:30pm at City Hall

Finally, if you have completed any process improvements recently then please fill out the process improvement form so you can be recognized and we can track the success of the SmartLab program!
