City Of Las Vegas Reaches One Million TikTok Views
City Provides Robust Social Media Offerings To Connect with Community
The city of Las Vegas has reached one million views on its TikTok channel after starting to use the platform earlier this year.
The city has been a leader in government social media use and believes in reaching citizens on the platforms that they are using. As the popularity of TikTok has grown, the city has leveraged content on the platform to provide information about public safety, city services and more to an ever-growing audience.
“Technology is always moving forward and the city of Las Vegas wants to provide and receive information on the platforms that are being widely used,” City Manager Jorge Cervantes said. “With TikTok, we have already seen huge interactions in a very short period of time, and our team will continue to be at the forefront of new communication methods.”

Additionally, the city has seen two million likes, comments and shares across its social media channels in 2022, indicating a high level of trust among followers.
