East Las Vegas Community Center Is Now Open
The East Las Vegas Community Center, located at 250 N. Eastern Ave., is now open after the completion of a refurbishment! Center hours are Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Offerings include tot education, martial arts, youth sports and more!
This community center was designed to reflect the Latino heritage of the surrounding area. It features new paint and flooring throughout the building, a new front desk area and game room. In addition, the facility now features two murals and public art throughout the building.

East Las Vegas Community Center Tour, Crafts & Treats
Thursday, Oct. 20, 4 - 6 p.m. – Decorate a Talavera tile coaster. Saturday, Oct. 22, 12:30 - 3:30 p.m. – Decorate a sugar skull. Tuesday, Oct. 24, 10 a.m. - noon – Make a personal piñata.
Bring the family to tour the newly re-opened community center! Enjoy light refreshments and take home a craft you decorate yourself. These are free, drop-in events and crafts are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

Saturday, Oct. 15, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Free and open to the public.
Bring the family to a community fiesta as we reopen the newly renovated East Las Vegas Community Center. Enjoy entertainment, games, face painting, food trucks, community vendors, kids play area with bounce houses and more. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 9:30 a.m.

Halloween At The "E" - Trunk Or Treating

Free and open to the public
Bring the family in costume to enjoy a haunted courtyard and trunk-or-treating for candy from all the decorated cars. If you wish to decorate a car and donate and distribute candy, call 702-229-1515 to sign up. Prizes will be awarded for the best decorated cars!

Wing Chun
Wing Chun is a concept-based fighting art form of Southern Chinese kung fu and close-quarters system of selfdefense.
