Las Vegas Fire & Rescue Firefighter Recruits Graduate Wednesday Nov.10, 2021
Graduation Ceremonies Are Open To The Public Beginning At 10 A.M. At City Hall
Seven Las Vegas Fire & Rescue firefighter recruits who started intensive training Sept. 13, 2021, will graduate Wednesday, Nov. 10, in a 10 a.m. ceremony at Las Vegas City Hall. Ceremonies will be held in Council Chambers on the second floor at 495 S. Main St.
The recruits were firefighters/paramedics with other departments and now have joined Las Vegas Fire & Rescue. They received training in various subjects pertaining to firefighting, emergency medical services and hazardous materials. Upon graduation, the new firefighters will be given their assignments to report to one of 21 city fire stations, beginning their duties next week.
