Customer Care Center Continues To Provide One–Stop Shop

For City Payments And Questions

Center Open Monday - Friday, 7 A.M. To 6 P.M., At 500 S. Main St., Suite 110

 

     The city of Las Vegas Customer Care Center, formerly known as the Las Vegas Call Center, continues to be available to assist the public with questions and to take payments for city services. The public can call 702-229-CARE (2273) Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturdays and Sundays, the line will give callers automated options.

 

     The center allows those wanting to make payments over the phone or in person for city services, such as sewer bills and parking citations, to do so. The city website also allows for online payments at https://www.lasvegasnevada.gov/Pay.

 

     Calling the center or utilizing online services helps with meeting social distancing requirements during the pandemic. The city will continue to update coronavirus information, including closures and cancellations, at www.lasvegasnevada.gov/coronavirus.
