 City Of Las Vegas Seeks Proposals For Corridor Of Hope Health And Wellness Centers

Apply To Provide Primary Healthcare, Mental Health And Substance Abuse Services

 

The city of Las Vegas seeks qualified organizations to apply to provide primary healthcare, mental health services and substance abuse services for the Health and Wellness Centers expected to open July 2020 at 451 E. Bonanza Road and 1425 N. Main St. within the Corridor of Hope. Applications are due Thursday, Nov. 15, at 3 p.m.

 

Eligible applicants must:

  • Be a 501(c)(3);
  • Have been in business at least on year prior to July 2018;
  • Identify as active and in good standing with the Nevada Secretary of State;
  • Possess a current city business license to provide these services or have proof of application at the time of submission; and,
  • Commit to utilizing the HMIS System for data collection.

A minimum of $1.2 million dollars in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Capital funds may be available for the development of this project. Organizations that are designated as Federally Qualified Health Centers are encouraged to apply.

 

Applicants must address the elements in the contract scope and respond to the request for qualifications via email to grants@lasvegasnevada.gov by the deadline. Selected applicants will be invited to participate in the interview phase of the process.
