Quick Pass Allows Those Doing Business With The City To Avoid Lines By Checking In Online Or Via Text

Customers Can Queue Via Mobile Device For Entitlements, Permits, Licenses And More

The city of Las Vegas continues to add convenience for those doing business in the city of Las Vegas with the new Quick Pass online check-in program. Quick Pass allows customers to remotely check in for services from their home, office or mobile device by visiting www.lasvegasnevada.gov/quickpass.

Once you check in, text alerts notify customers of estimated service time and when they are approaching the front of the line. Quick Pass serves customers online rather than making them wait in line.

Services provided through this system at the Development Services Center, located at 333 N. Rancho Drive, include entitlement requests (variance, special use request and other planning requests); building and civil permits for construction; business licensing; cashiering/acceptance of payments for those projects; and zoning questions.

Checking in online is as easy as entering a name and phone number and selecting the service virtual queue you want to enter. Customers will receive a text alert of estimated service time, and can follow the prompts to receive status updates.

To check in via text message, simply text QuickPass to 702-728-3259. Customers can review the list of available services on the welcome message and reply with the number of the service that they want to join.
